Ethan Phillips is Neelix. Hidden under a heavy latex makeup application, Ethan Phillips is arguably the most recognizable character from Star Trek:Voyager.

But what about the actor?  You may, or may not, be surprised when you see his picture that you do indeed recognize him.

'Self-appointed chef and morale office, Neelix helps lead the stranded crew of the Federation starship Voyager through the unfamiliar and often perilous Delta Quadrant.

A veteran of the New York stage and theatre companies across the U.S., Phillips was a regular cast member of the classic TV series Benson and has guest starred in countless TV series over his career and recently True Blood, Pushing Daisies and Bones.
