Hollywood luminary-cum-musician Billy Bob Thornton treated Canadian radio listeners to a earful of his not-so-best side on Wednesday, when Q host Jian Ghomeshi had the audacity to mention his film career. Apparently, BeeBob had instructed the show's producer that no one was to mention the film thing, but the message never got through to Jian. After going off on the hapless host, Thornton went on to piss on Toronto's public smoking laws and Canadian music audiences before letting the rest of his band, The Boxmasters, play a song. No word yet on whether this was the high point of the Boxmasters' tour.
