Arrow has announced their plans for the replacement program for 12 Monkeys on 4K UltraHD. The movie had repeated footage around the 40-minute mark.
If you purchased from Arrow directly or Zavvi they will ship to the address on file. If you purchased from a separate retailer you’ll have to fill the form on Arrow’s website – HERE.
Replacement discs will ship out near the end of July according to the company.
