Lost Boys fans rejoice. Warner Bros. has moved ahead with a third film in the popular franchise and this one is dubbed The Thirst. The frog brothers are back, and Corey Feldman reprises his role as Edgar. We have some of the direct-to-video Blu-ray / DVD information and the cover art.
The new film is directed by Dario Piana and stars Corey Feldman, Jamison Newlander, and Tanit Phoenix
Here’s the synopsis:
As the lost boys and girls of San Cazador prepare to party under the Blood Moon, an alpha vampire conspires to turn these unsuspecting ravers into an army of undead. The only thing that stands between him and the annihilation of the entire human race is the infamous vampire fighting Frog Brothers. Armed with double-barrel holy water balloon launchers and multi-arrow crossbows, Edgar (Corey Feldman) and Alan Frog (Jamison Newlander) join forces to kick some blood-sucker butt in this latest high-energy, action packed adventure in the Lost Boys franchise.
The DVD will be 16×9, although the aspect ratio is currently unknown. It will also features English and French Dolby Digital 5.1 audio tracks. Thus far, the only special feature listed is Charisma Carpenter Hosts The Art of Seduction: Vampire Lore. You might remember her from the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer & Angel.
The Blu-ray will feature the Charisma featurette plus the following:
