In a nutshell the loose lipped actor says Dr. Otto Octavius’ appearance in the third installment of the Tom Holland led Spider-Man series will start as he’s sinking with his reactor into the East River.

De-aging with be used to make the actor look younger as they’ve done in several MCU films (RDJ – Civil War – Samuel L. Jackson – Captain Marvel).
