This weekend’s top movie kind-of surprised me. I was really expecting Ice Age to rule supreme once again. But, low and behold, out of the darkness came Blade 2 to shine on top. The main reason why I was surprised is that when my wife, my siblings, and my sister’s better half saw the show on opening night the theatre wasn’t even close to full. E.T. did well on its re-release 20 years later taking 3rd. Showtime slid into fourth while Resident Evil rounded out the top 5. Here’s how the top ten played out. 1. Blade 2 (33.10m) 2.
