The Trey Parker/Matt Stone superhero extravaganza ORGAZMO! will finally be released on DVD for region 1 in December. According to the ORGAZMO! Website, www.orgazmodvd.com, the greatest film ever made will finally appear as a loaded-to-the-gills Special Edition that every single person on the planet should purchase immediately and then lock up in a vault to protect for future generations…Now, onto the other stuff…TERMINATOR 3: RISE OF THE MACHINES will hit DVD on November 11, featuring 2 audio commentaries, an intro by Governor Arnie, 4 interactive effects labs, “revealing new footage”, an HBO FIRST LOOK documentary, a gag reel, a TERMINATOR timeline, costume, production design and poster galleries, trailers, SKYNET database files, a TOYS IN ACTION feature, a making-of for the T3 video game and trailers for the console and PC versions of the game. Fox Home Video has announced X2: X-MEN UNITED for a November 25 release, with both Anamprphic Widescreen and Fullscreen versions available. This 2-discer will have 5.1 DDS and DTS, 2 audio commentaries, 11 featurettes, 11 deleted scenes, the continuation of the UNCANNY X-MEN documentary from X-MEN 1.5, 3 trailers, galleries and more and more…Columbia Tristar has the acclaimed Kiwi flick WHALE RIDER on the sheets for October 28, featuring Anamorphic Widescreen, 5.1 DDS sound, audio commentary, deleted scenes, trailers, a featurette and a soundtrack showcase.CTHE also has the long-awaited MARRIED… WITH CHILDREN: COMPLETE FIRST SEASON debuting the same day. Each episode is presented in it’s original 4:3 fullscreen and 2.0 Stereo, but there will, alas, be no extras.Also in TVland news, look for THE WEST WING: THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON. This set will include all 22 episodes of the inaugural season in the original Fullscreen and 2.0 Surround. This one hits shelves near you on November 18.Some Old-School classics are finally coming your way from Pacific Family Entertainment. October 28 will see PFE release the camp legend KISS MEETS THE PHANTOM OF THE PARK, the kid-friendly cult hit MONSTER SQUAD and the 80’s Zombie opus NIGHT OF THE COMET. PFE isn’t usually one for tons of extras, so these will probably be film-only, but who’s to complain when you’re talking about the Gene Simmons machine and Scary German Guy.Finally, the good folks at Blue Underground are cementing their status as the go-to studio for genre classics, with their September 30 lineup of Christopher Lee faves. THE CASTLE OF FU MANCHU, THE BLOOD OF FU MANCHU and CIRCUS OF FEAR will each be newly remastered in pristine Anamorphic Widescreen, with audio remixes, audio commentaries, deleted scenes, trailers, galleries and Christopher Lee bio. All three will be available separately or as part of THE CHRISTOPHER LEE COLLECTION which will also include THE BLOODY JUDGE.
