Extras will include the continuing featurette “The Truth About Season Six”, Deleted scenes, all of the Fox TV spots, international clips, more featurettes and a DVD-Rom game.
Adam Sandlers recent opus MR.DEEDS will be released on DVD on October 22, 2002. The disc will feature Anamorphic widescreen transfer, a Dolby Digital 5.1 sound mix, audio commentary with director Steven Brill and writer Tim Herlihy, 2 featurettes, deleted scenes, a music video, production notes, filmographies and trailers.
Rob Zombie’s long-suffering horror flick HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES has been dropped by MGM studios. Zombie has said that he will finance Direct-to-Video distribution himself, and is eyeing a late September release date.
In anticipation of the Steven Soderbergh remake of SOLARIS, the almighty disc-masters at Criterion will be preparing a set for the original 1972 Andrei Tarkovsky masterpiece, which is available in a code-freeRussian edition (anamorphic NTSC format with various subtitles) which offers a few extra features, such as interviews and biographies. News will be posted as soon as details are made available on the Criterion edition.
