With the Canada Day long weekend over and nicely tanned body and/or sunburn, it hasn’t decided yet – red or brown? I’ve come back to bring you the weekend box office. Mr. Deeds number one? Yes, that’s right. The new Adam Sandler flick toped the charts bringing in just over $37 million. Minority Report took second edging out, once again, Lilo & Stitch by only $0.04 million. However, the latter has brought in more over the week to give Disney‘s latest a higher gross. Scooby-Doo is still doing strong raising it’s 3 week total to $124 million while The Bourne Identity rounded out the top five. 1. Mr. Deeds (37.16m) 2. Minority Report (21.59m) 3. Lilo & Stitch (21.52m) 4. Scooby-Doo (12.36m) 5. The Bourne Identity (11.20m) 6. Hey Arnold! The Movie (5.71m) 7. The Sum Of All Fears (4.86m) 8. Divine Secrets Of The Ya-Ya Sisterhood (4.05m) 9. Star Wars Ep.II: Attack of the Clones (3.67m) 10. Windtalkers (3.50m)
