DOGMA has already had two DVD releases, including the stellar Special Edition 2-disc set from Columbia. Now another version will be released featuring the controversial docu left out of the special edition disc. The docu was director Kevin Smith’s defense and explanation of the film to it’s detractors, and was deemd more controversial than the film itself when it was decided to leave it out of the 2-disc version. The new version will be released by Lion’s Gate this fall in both a theatrical cut, and an extended Directors cut, both including the docu.
