There’s no shortage of Star Wars-themed movies and shows out there, but when a new one pops up, I get excited. So When the teaser trailer for the new upcoming series THE ACOLYTE popped up online, I figured, why not share it?
The series is created by Leslye Headland (Russian Doll, Heathers). It is set at the end of the High Republic era 110 years before Star Wars: Episode 1- The Phantom Menace. A former Padawan named Mae(Amandla Stenberg) reunites with her Jedi Master Named Sol(Lee Jung-Jae) to delve into a string of crimes, only to encounter forces far more ominous than they had ever imagined.
