Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. Yes, you read that right. The 7th installment in the Transformers franchise is titled Rise of the Beasts.
Landing in theatres June 24th, 2022 with Anthony Ramos as “a flawed and vulnerable hero who has made mistakes in his life and is eager to redeem himself with the help of Optimus Prime.” Dominique Fishback joins him after a successful run in Judas and the Black Messiah.
After the success of the standalone Bumblebee film Paramount seems to be back on track with the transformers movies. They are also bringing in another new director to the franchise. Steven Caple Jr. (Creed II) will be directing off a script written by Joby Harold (Army of the Dead)

Returning to the action and spectacle that first captured moviegoers around the world 14 years ago with the original Transformers, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons. Directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, the film arrives in theatres June 24, 2022.
